Jeff Singman, President
Jeff Singman has been driving innovation and creating market value in the technology industry throughout his career as a senior executive in large, global companies.
Known for his success in the commercialization and sales of digital solutions and experiences, including Communications & Collaboration, Customer Engagement, Network & IT Services, Artificial Intelligence and Automation, Cyber Security, Contact Centers, Mobile, Media & Advertising, and SaaS.
Jeff is also an expert at monetizing disruptive digital solutions.
Jeff’s track record as an entrepreneur and his ability to lead and inspire teams within organizations and across ecosystems is fundamental to his success, which includes contributions to companies that have grown from single ideas to multi-million dollar exits, from traditionally based businesses to digitally transformed competitors, and from strategic acquisitions to fully integrated operating divisions. Jeff also holds two advanced communications technology patents.
Jeff recently served as SVP, Sales and Marketing Kandy Solutions at AVCtechnologies (AVCT), which brings comprehensive and innovative cloud-based UCaaS, Cybersecurity, and IT solutions to enterprise customers, including managed service clients. He joined AVCT through its acquisition of Kandy, a Communications Platform as a Service developed by Ribbon Communications, where Jeff spent four years in product, marketing, and selling disruptive cloud solutions to many of the world’s largest Communications Service Providers, Enterprises, Healthcare, and Government agencies, holding leadership roles in the Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, and Customer Success areas.
Jeff is an expert at creating, selling, and marketing innovative products and solutions, connecting people and ideas with the resources, processes, and ecosystems that accelerate success.
A serial entrepreneur, he founded Vizicom and Tri Mil Consulting in 2008 to bring end-to-end next-generation products and services to businesses after serving Fortune 500 companies in media, software, technology, security, mobile, digital healthcare, and e-commerce.
Jeff and his team provide international and domestic companies with digital transformation advisory, business development, marketing, sales, product development, and operational management services.
Jeff was COO, Bright Sky Holdings & CEO/GM of Media Commerce Systems; a technology incubator focused on advanced digital software solutions in the digital advertising market. Jeff managed all operational aspects of the company’s go-to-market activities, software, and product development in this role. He introduced automation and transaction systems supporting advanced advertising initiatives, including dynamic ad insertion on video-on-demand.
Jeff also served as General Manager, North America, for IP Trade, advanced IP-enabled multimedia turret, and telecom solutions for the financial markets. For Lucid Security, Jeff was SVP and COO, leading this provider of advanced Intrusion Prevention Systems to its sale to Trustwave Inc., an industry leader in the PCI market. Prior to this, Jeff was SVP, Moneyline Networks, heading up product management, resulting in the sale of the business to Reuters Inc.
Jeff was a pioneer in conferencing and IP video as VP & General Manager, Conferencing for Global Crossing, managing a staff of 650 people, five global call centers, and a multi-million-dollar P&L. Customers included 68% of the Fortune 100 and 38% of the Fortune 1000 companies, with $172M in revenue.
He started his career at NBC, the National Broadcasting company, where he grew up in the ranks, ultimately leading digitization initiatives for this major national US network as Director, Engineering and Strategic Development.
Edwin Metcalf
For over 25 years Edwin has been providing investment banking transactions services to technology companies as a Partner at Rainmaker Capital. Based in San Francisco, Edwin has forged global partnerships with the largest names in Tech, Media and Telecom. He is keenly aware of how to navigate large enterprises, package and present clear value propositions and forge company changing partnerships. His ability to manage Corporate Development and M&A processes have created valuation increases for emerging client and efficient growth for buy-side clients. Edwin received his BA from Colgate University and MA from Johns Hopkins University. A fierce competitor, Edwin played four years of NCAA Division 1 lacrosse.
Tom Pacek
Tom Pacek is a Healthcare Innovation and Technology Strategist and Advisor. He has 40 years of experience in the Information Systems, Technology, Innovation and Digital space. The last 26 years as a VP and CIO, he has spent an incredible amount of time evaluating and implementing products and solutions that enhanced the patient experience, clinical quality and operational efficiencies for Integrated Delivery Networks.
He has merger and acquisition experience, successfully merging multiple Information Systems departments. Tom has negotiated and managed multi-million dollar contracts, operating and capital budgets. He has planned and implemented multi-million dollar facility projects including the recent opening of a new acute care hospital and ambulatory cancer center.
Tom served the last ten years as the President of NJSHINE, a public Health Information Exchange in South Jersey. NJSHINE facilitates the sharing of patient information, providing physicians with the most complete set of information when treating their patients.
Under his leadership, his organizations have achieved national recognition as a “Most Wired” health system multiple times and earned “Best Hospital IT Department” honors from Healthcare IT News.
Tom also serves on the Board of Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, serving as Chairperson for their Innovation and Technology Committee. Tom has also served on several Advisory Committees for professional organizations and technology companies.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in Administrative Systems Management and Accounting from Drexel University and an MBA from Ellis University. Tom is very active in the New Jersey and Delaware Valley Healthcare and Technology Communities. He is a frequent speaker on various topics including cloud computing, cybersecurity, electronic medical records, networking, communications, health information exchanges and patient engagement. He is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), Philadelphia chapter of InspireCIO and a past president of the Delaware Valley Chapter of HIMSS.
Cynthia Artin
Cynthia has been helping companies and non-profit organization grow through sound strategy, investment and market positioning for over thirty years. She has been President of Artin Arts, a strategic marketing, branding and communications company headquartered in New York, since 2003. Ms. Artin and her team work with private equity groups, hedge funds, and venture capital firms, supporting their portfolio companies with growth strategies and market positioning, with an emphasis on transaction communications associated with M&A, public offerings, and the sale of businesses. She and her team are currently supporting clients and partners in areas including digital transformation, real time communications, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, cognitive computing, platform as a service, and mobile applications across a number of industries including healthcare and wellness, messaging, marketing and advertising, industrial automation, and more.
Roy Timour Rousso
With a solid background in sales, business development, digital marketing, and go-to-market, Roy specializes in enterprise solutions as well as wireless private networks (4G/5G/LTE/CBRS), telco cloud, telco APIs, embedded real time communications, UCaaS, CPaaS, over-the top applications, IoT, Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, automated systems and AI. Most recently CMO at Pente Networks, Roy previously was the IL General Manager & VP of Business Development at Mavenir, overseeing the company’s R&D and Ops sites in Israel. In addition, he served as VP of Business Development and worked closely with CSPs, API developers, and CPaaS providers. Before Mavenir, he was CEO of fring, a carrier-grade OTT solution. As CEO, he pivoted the company to a successful turnaround, resulting in its acquisition by Ribbon Communications. Roy is an expert in innovation, product development, product line management, corporate, sales and marketing strategies, and digital transformation.
Bruce D. Feniger
Bruce Feniger was SVP of Network Sales and Client Services for McGavren Guild Media in New York City. He came back to McGavren after holding the position of Director of New Business Development at the Katz Radio Group. Before that he was President of NetSolutions at Interep in New York. He began his career in radio as an Account Executive at WFTQ/WAAF in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1984. He moved to Dallas in 1985 and sold for WBAP and KLUV. After five years in retail management, Bruce returned to the radio industry in 1994. Bruce joined Interep’s McGavren Guild Radio in 1994 as an Account Executive in Atlanta, and was promoted to VP/AE four years later. He also added the responsibilities of Director of Marketing for the Interep Marketing Group in 1997. Bruce was promoted to New York Regional Sales Executive in June of 2002, where he ran the day to day Sales effort of the New York Interep office. Bruce was promoted again in November of 2004 to Executive Vice President of Network Operations/R.E. where his duties were expanded to not only the day to sales of New York office, but to running the whole Network Department for the company across all regions. In August of ’06, Bruce was promoted to President of NetSolutions where he was in charge of all aspects of Intereps National Network Department. Bruce was also in charge of Intereps famed Radio Apprentice program, where he taught all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. For the Past 12 years Bruce has been the VP General Manager /National Sales Manager of 7 radio stations in the Hudson Valley for Pamal Broadcasting, dealing with all aspects of running these stations from sales and marketing to installing digital solutions as well as vent marketing platforms form Concerts to Contests. Bruce earned a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington Ind. in Radio and TV Management and Business Management with a Law Minor.
